One of my favorite movies of all time is Almost Famous. And was considering putting together a lookbook that revolved around Penny Lanes character in the film. I was on style.com and discovered a look book by FASHCION, that put together spring collection looks inspired by the one and only Penny Lane.

Sophomores summer  colletion is a throwback to 70’s fashion & styles itself on the look of NYC’s Lower East side circa 1970.Not as good as last years s/s 08, but the fittings of these dresses are fantastic, perfectly representing summer.

My favorite is the black dress with a cut out at the torso.

I dont really like Free People, the clothes are overpriced and i usually get death stares when im in there anyway. But the shoes are incredible and are actually at  reasonable prices. They are the type of shoes you  just dont get sick of. Im thinking of getting the top ones or the black ones on the second row. Which ones your favorite?
